RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and we are happy to accept your returns within 7 working days of receiving your original order.

Please drop us an email at quellalabel@gmail.com within 7 working days from dispatch date to proceed with the returns.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

All items will be inspected on return.

Return items will be replaced with store credits equivalent to the purchase price of the return item. Store credits are valid for 90 days from date of issue, are strictly non-refundable, are not eligible for extension and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Store credits will be issued within 2 working days.

Each order is only valid for one-time exchange.

Your returns are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly and do not get damaged on the way.

Unfortunately if an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. No store credits will be issued.

We recommend you to use delivery options that allow tracking when you mail it back to us. Returns are not valid if the parcel does not reach us.

All shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer.

FINAL SALE items are not allowed for returns/exchanges as well as orders using promotional codes.

 

INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the event that you have received an incorrect/defective item, send us an email at quellalabel@gmail.com with your order number, incorrect item received and clear snapshots of defects. We will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we will be only be able to offer a replacement item or store credits.
