Quella Label reserves the absolute right to amend any policy or terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, or partaking in any promotions, or using the Site for any purpose, you are bound by these terms and conditions. You are deemed to have acknowledged, understood and agreed to adhere to the use of our services.
AUTHENTICATION
By creating a Quella Label shopping account allows you to keep and track all of your past purchases and records. You will be required to fill in your personal particulars and ensure that all particulars are updated and accurate.
PAYMENT
Accepted modes of payments are Mastercard, Visa through Paypal.

Quella Label process all orders in SGD. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in your preferred currency, you will checkout using SGD at the most current exchange rate.
PRICES
All prices are quoted in SINGAPORE DOLLARS.
RETURNS
Please drop us an email within 7 working days from dispatch date to proceed with the returns.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
All items will be inspected on return.
Return items will be replaced with store credits equivalent to the purchase price of the return item. Store credits are valid for 90 days from date of issue, are strictly non-refundable, are not eligible for extension and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Store credits will be issued within 2 working days.
Each order is only valid for one-time exchange.
Your returns are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly and do not get damaged on the way.
Unfortunately if an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. No store credits will be issued.
We recommend you to use delivery options that allow tracking when you mail it back to us. Returns are not valid if the parcel does not reach us.
All shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer.
FINAL SALE items are not allowed for returns/exchanges as well as orders using promotional codes.
INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the event that you have received an incorrect/defective item, send us an email at quellalabel@gmail.com with your order number, incorrect item received and clear snapshots of defects. We will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we will be only be able to offer a replacement item or store credits.

As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for returns due to such reason will be rejected.
